 How to activate roaming: |
| |
| Follow this quick guide to set up roaming on your postpaid connection: |
|
| |
- Call customer care on 9844098440 and activate your STD and National roaming facilities before hand
|
|
| |
- A request letter, documents and relevant deposit for STD connection are necessary.
|
|
| |
- If you need International roaming, ensure your STD, national roaming and ISD are active in order to activate international roaming
|
|
| |
- Please ensure you have cleared your balance till the last bill before you travel. If not, there is always a possibility of deactivation of your service as soon as you reach your credit limit
|
|
| |
- And most important, please do try and give your activation requests in advance, preferably at least 48 hours before you travel
|
|
|

Spice GPRS Roaming:
Spice GPRS roaming is available with all IDEA circles and Spice Punjab. Our Postpaid subscribers can use Spice E-Berry, Simply Browse, Simply Internet and Spice MMS while roaming in these circles. Similiarly all IDEA and Spice punjab subscribers also can use GPRS while roaming in Spice Karnataka. List of the circles given below.
