              What is Spice e-berry Service?
            Spice e-berry Service is an integrated and secure wireless service for Individuals and Business users allowing them to access
              Personal & Corporate Email accounts on a GPRS enabled smartphone.

 
              What are the benefits of using Spice e-Berry Services?
            With Spice e-berry emails on the Go are no longer only for top shots . even people who cannot afford a high-end smartphone
               would benefit from easy access to corporate/personal emails wirelessly and without any hassles.

       How to activate Spice e-Berry Service?
     Follow the simple steps listed below to activate Spice e-Berry Service:
     Step1 Dials *55055#
     Step2 Chooses a Spice e-Berry Tariff
     Step3 Selects your Mobile Brand . like Nokia, Sony Ericsson, etc.
     Step4 Now selects the specific Mobile Model you are using . N73 or W810i.
     Shortly user receives the Service Activation confirmation SMS with manual Settings as how to configure a GPRS access point
                   and then download Spice e-berry Mobile Application on your mobile phone.
     
       Do we need to purchase another SIM/Handset to use Spice e-berry Service?
     No. You may subscribe for this service using your existing Spice SIM card and GPRS enabled smartphone. To check whether
                   your existing GPRS phone is Spice e-Berry compatible dial *55055#.
     
       Are there different Spice e-berry Services?
     Yes, Spice e-berry service is available in two versions:

     
       1.Enterprise Edition (EE): The Enterprise Edition is a server-based solution for bigger organisations having multiple mobile
                  subscriptions and using MS Exchange/Lotus Notes mail. Organisations with a minimum of 5 Spice connections can access their
                  Enterprise Email & data.

     2.Internet Edition (IE): Mail solution for Personal ISP/Internet (POP3/IMAP) e-mail accounts (i.e. Gmail, Yahoo!, MSN,Hotmail,etc.
                   Internet edition is a full featured push email product and brings the advantage of functionality to a wide range of handsets.
                   You can send / receive your mails, view attachments, update your calendar and much more, in sync with your mail server
                   from a device of your choice.
     
       How is Spice e-berry Internet Edition (IE) different from Enterprise Edition (EE)?
     Unlike Spice e-berry Enterprise Edition (EE) requires setup and maintenance of a Spice e-berry Enterprise Server to manage
                  the link between your Smartphone & Corporate Mail Server. Spice e-berry Internet Edition (IE) service provides access to
                  emails upon a simple setup over the internet.
     
       Can a same smartphone be used for both Spice e-berry Enterprise Edition (IE) Service and Spice e-berry Internet
                  Edition (IE)?

     Yes. The only difference will be the set up and configuration of the smartphone. To enjoy the features of both Spice e-berry EE
                  & IE Edition
    on a single smartphone, enrol for Enterprise Edition (EE) with a minimum of 5 connections and you will be
                   able to configure your corporate/business and Personal mail box. For more details please get in touch with our Customer Care.

     
       Can we integrate business mails on Spice e-berry Internet Edition (IE)?
      Yes. If your Business mail account is POP3/IMAP enabled, then you can integrate your Business mails as well.
     
       What types of email accounts are supported with Spice e-berry Service?
     Spice e-berry Service supports the following Email protocols: POP3/IMAP4 with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or non-SSL Microsoft® Exchange and Lotus Domino mail account via Spice e-berry Push Connector.
     
       Is the message delivery to the Spice e-berry mobile in real-time?
     Yes. Once an email reaches the inbox of your mail server, a message notification with content up to 10KB is delivered to the Spice e-berry mobile immediately.
     
     
       What securities are applied on the Spice e-berry services?
     Spice e-berry service implements the following security features: user authentication, content and messages are end-to-end protected
                  with highly secure 128-bit AES encryption and wireless delivery.
     
       How to integrate a Gmail account with Spice e-berry Internet Edition (IE)?
     Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) access must be enabled in your Gmail account to allow integration with Spice e-berry services.
     To enable POP access in your Gmail account,
     Log in to your Gmail account.
     In the top right navigation bar, click Settings. The Mail Settings window appears. Click the Forwarding and POP tab.
     In the POP Download section, select the radio button to enable POP from now onwards. You can then configure the Gmail account
                   on your Spice e-berry enabled mobile.
     Open Spice e-berry client application (ensure GPRS/Access Point settings are correct), press Option and select Personal Account
                  & Enter your email credentials like Username: & Password and you are online with your e-mail.
     
       What to do if you're Spice e-berry mobile is lost or stolen?
     Kindly contact our Customer Care or inform about the same at your nearest Spice Shoppe.
