MyTunes is a personalized mobile music service where the caller hears tunes and other sound clips instead of the traditional switchboard ringtone when he or she dials the number of a MyTunes subscriber.

How do I activate MyTunes? |
|
| Please call 50678, the IVR will guide you to follow the instructions to subscribe for MyTunes. After successful subscription, you will receive an SMS confirmation .Your service has been activated. then, please call 50678 and select your favourite MyTunes. |

What are the charges for MyTunes? |
|
| Monthly rental for MyTunes will be Rs.30, per tune download will be Rs.15, IVR 50678 will be charged Rs.3 per min.(Rs.1 only in August 2008) |

How do I choose a song? |

| Once you have subscribed for MyTunes, Please call 50678 and listen to the various categories listed below, select your favourite tune, and set it for all your callers or select up 20 different tunes for 20 different callers. |

Can I set a default tune? How do I change my default tune? |

| Yes you can set default tune, call 50678 and select .Manage settings.. Select set tune, if you have more than 1 tune in your personal library, you can set those tunes as default, these songs will be played in random sequence. |

Can I set different tunes for different callers? |
|
| Yes you can have different tunes at different times, call 50678 and select .Manage settings.. Select set tune, select a setting type, like default or personal or group settings, after you set the song you are prompted to set the start time and end time of the tune. This will play the tune at the time specified by you. |

What is a group setting? |
|
| You can create a group of callers, for this group you can assign a tune or tunes, which will be played to callers who are present in the group. |

How do I deactivate MyTunes? |

| You can call 50678 and select the deactivation option. |
