This is an advanced SIM card that allows subscribers to send an e-mails, find out flight & railway schedules, access News, Cricket, Stocks, Mobile Banking, Logos, Radio City, Games, STD, ISD codes, Jokes, Movie Listing MSN, Yahoo, ICQ Chat services and various other value added services brought to you by Spice.
The New MySpice SIM also lets you store more number of SMS messages & more phone numbers on the SIM.
Spice subscribers can access these Value Added SMS services while roaming anywhere in the world. |

What is a 32K? |
|
| This is the memory space on the SIM card and is the latest version of SIM cards introduced by Spice. It allows you to store 250 phone entries and about 32 SMS. This caters to the postpaid segment of Spice Telecom. |

What are the charges for MyTunes? |
|
| Monthly rental for MyTunes will be Rs.30, per tune download will be Rs.10, IVR 678 will be charged Rs.6 per min. |

The display on the mobile does not show the MySpice menu. |

| Phase 2+ mobiles only support STK feature. However all mobiles will support the enhanced SMS and phonebook memory capacity. |

| Nokia phones have a feature called " Confirm SIM Service Actions" please set this to - "N0" or "not asked". |

Does a 32K card consume more battery than previous SIM? |

| No, it consumes the same battery power as an any other SIM card. |

Do I have to copy my phone book before I deactivate my card? |
|
| Not necessary your deactivated SIM card will still have your phone entries. |
|
How can I copy my phone book entries on to the new SIM card? |
|
| Either by using the "copy" function on some phones. Or by visiting any Spice showroom where our retail staff will help you. |
